The service was excellent. The room size was just right; I could easily open both my 28-inch and 24-inch suitcases flat on the floor. The air conditioning was individually adjustable and kept the room very cool, which was great. The bathroom was also spacious enough, and the toiletries were good quality. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Central Station, but I took a taxi for 8 euros. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel is only a 7-8 minute walk to the shopping street. A taxi to Milan Cathedral cost 12 euros, and 15 euros for the return trip. Another highlight was the excellent blackout curtains, perfect for someone like me who is sensitive to light. My only complaint is that the guests in the next room came back late at night and were talking loudly in the hallway, opening and closing their door with a lot of noise, and it was the same in the morning. I hope everyone can be more considerate when staying at hotels, speak softly in the hallways, and try to be quiet when returning late or leaving early so as not to disturb others.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Italy trip. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff was very professional, and the interior design of the lobby was also beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

This hotel was the best one we booked on our trip!! I totally didn't expect the experience to be this good! First, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly! The hotel facilities are very new, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also provide plenty of amenities! Most importantly, my friend and I woke up late the next day and were rushing to catch our train, so we didn't have time for breakfast. We just planned to grab a couple of pieces of bread and go! But the waiter noticed we were in a hurry and proactively offered us two takeout boxes and bags! That was incredibly thoughtful!! I was really touched! So I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel! You'll have a great experience!!

This hotel is conveniently located near Milan Central Station, about a ten-minute walk from the subway exit. You can also reach the Duomo or the main shopping streets in just half an hour on foot. The restaurant on the first floor is very comfortable and serves a good breakfast with excellent service. We arrived late on our first day, but were able to order room service around 10 PM, and the risotto was delicious. The room was cleaned daily, though the facilities felt a bit outdated.

The room itself is beautiful and exquisitely designed. The service is excellent; all staff are friendly, and the front desk gentlemen speak excellent English. You absolutely must try the breakfast—it's incredible value for money. The restaurant service is superb, and the food is both delicious and varied.

The hotel is small but charming, and the location offers excellent value for money. The bed is quite large, but the room itself is indeed small. The service was great; they even allowed me to check in two hours early. Definitely a five-star review!

The location is super convenient and the area is safe and beautiful! You can stay here with peace of mind! The hotel really captures the essence of Milan; the design is great and well-thought-out. Breakfast is also plentiful. The room is a bit small (bedroom), but the bathroom is quite large! Haha. I really love the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of the beautiful neighborhood.

They say it's a four-star hotel, but I honestly think all the services and amenities are five-star quality. The hotel itself is impeccable; the decor, design, and rooms are all fantastic. Breakfast and service were excellent, and even the toiletries were great – I actually bought some for home because they made my hair super shiny! However, the hotel is a bit too close to the Central Station for my liking. I didn't feel comfortable going out alone at night, so I ended up taking taxis every day. If you're traveling with friends, I think it's fine, but if you're by yourself, you need to be cautious around the hotel's surroundings.

Overall, it was okay, but a bit overpriced for what it is. That's probably because there's an extra supplier involved through Ctrip.
