5-star recommendation for this hotel! Great location, excellent service, and fantastic value for money! It feels very safe and secure, and all the staff are incredibly nice! The highlight is definitely the complimentary all-day snacks, drinks, and self-service light meals! That's a rare find!

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We received a welcome drink and luggage delivery to our room. Plus, all the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar, both in the room and at the front desk, were complimentary! The hotel room facilities were brand new and the housekeeping was excellent. We felt very secure with their comprehensive security measures; you needed a key card to enter both the hotel and use the elevators. The subway station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's a quick 10-minute ride to the Milan Cathedral. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient.

The hotel's coffee is fantastic! The breakfast is plentiful, and there's an unlimited buffet, so if you're too lazy to go out for lunch, you can just grab a quick meal there. The breakfast is also very rich, with delicious ham, cured meats, coffee, and fruits. The staff are also very attentive!

Beyond amazing hotel. All drinks in the hotel are free. They also offer aperitivo service at lunch, dinner, and until 10 PM in the evening. We were extremely satisfied. The rooms are incredibly new and exceptionally clean. I definitely recommend it.

I paid over a thousand for what felt like an Italian-themed Jihua Hotel. The good thing is the lobby offers free 24/7 snacks and drinks. The downside is the room is tiny, and they gave us one that was a bit bizarre, right behind the front desk. The photos show the subway station, a five-minute walk away, and some nearby street views.

Excellent, a pleasant surprise! They offer complimentary breakfast and even dinner. Although the room was a bit small, it had everything we needed, plus free snacks and drinks.

The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. Breakfast was great, and all drinks and water were complimentary.
