The soundproofing in the room is quite poor; I could even hear footsteps. The showerhead in the bathroom wasn't very good. Everything in the mini-bar costs money, and a can of coke is 5 euros. Other than that, the service was decent, and the location is excellent. It's only a 5-minute walk to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with several large supermarkets.

Clean and tidy. It is opposite to Milan central station with many shops and restaurants around it. The station is very big and well constructed that is surely a tourist attraction. It is very convenient to everywhere in Milan, too.

They need to clean well as i found aunts. The sheets too not clean i found makeup on it The room lights so bad you can’t see the mirrors or anything well. For the location is so great beside milano central station if you take a train to venice or como so it is great location to move from

We arrived before check-in and luckily they had a room ready for us. The room has plenty of sockets but no kettle and the walls were thin, so we could hear. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff with a decent buffet breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Housekeeping provided room cleaning every day, and the room was always kept clean and tidy. This definitely made our stay even more comfortable.

Location was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times.

Great location, very convenient, and you can store your luggage there. It's super close to the train station. You can ask the front desk for complimentary bottled water, but be aware that the drinks in the mini-fridge cost money – 6 euros a bottle – while the regular bottled water is free.
