The hotel is great, and there's a delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was a bit small, but the room was well-equipped. There was no kettle, but it did have a mini-fridge and a TV.

We used the hotel to sleep in and eat breakfast. Tram stop into city centre and tourist attractions is 100m from the hotel. Arci, and excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

For a hotel in Milan, this place offers incredible value for money, especially with rooms starting at €800+. Plus, they serve fresh arugula at breakfast! The rooms are spacious, and they have their own parking for €22/14 hours. Public transportation is super convenient too, with the #1 tram stop just 200 meters away, offering a direct route to the Duomo.

Room is fine, clean, with a desk, a separate full bathroom, a small window. Only the room space is limited. And there is no hot water kettle, which is important for Asian travellers. I would like to rate as 4.5 stars.

The walls are too thin you are hearing all voices in the neighbouring rooms and corridor.

A very satisfying stay! The room was more spacious than I expected, and it was exceptionally clean. I especially want to praise the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable. The staff were always ready to help with anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The room environment was very good, and the hygiene was excellent. Although it looked a bit old-fashioned, it was actually quite nice. The single room was comfortable, and while the space was a bit cramped, the bathroom was very large. The front desk was incredibly helpful, and I'm very grateful for that. On the other hand, the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center and main attractions. Tram 14 is close to the hotel, but it was rerouted during my stay, which made getting around difficult. If you're traveling solo, you might want to carefully consider the hotel's location.

Given that it was Milan Fashion Week and other exhibitions were taking place, hotels were scarce and expensive, so this one offered decent value for money. It's not in the city center, but transportation is very convenient. The room was small, but the bathroom was a highlight—quite spacious. The facilities were a bit dated, but the cleanliness was acceptable. Breakfast was also decent.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, which is particularly commendable. This hotel offers great value for money. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, but there are several light rail lines (Line 1, Line 14) and bus stops not far from the hotel, which makes it quite convenient. Recommended.

Very clean, and it has all the amenities you need, like shampoo and body wash. Truly excellent!

The staff are very nice. Location is good, 2 trams linked to the city center. Breakfast is not bad.

Easy access city center by Tram. Staffs are kind. But water pressure was too low and some ants in bathroom.
