Location are good, just 5 minutes walk to Milano Duomo. Room is quite big and clean.

Very nice location close to the Duomo and shopping area. Rooms kind of a bit „retro“ but ok. Kind staff. Breakfast was ok.

Location: Super convenient! It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which has lines 1 and 4. The cathedral is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there aren't many power outlets in the room. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. However, the room was quite spacious and had a balcony, and it was very quiet at night. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. Breakfast: Quite a good spread, with lots of fruit. The ricotta cheese and ham were delicious. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is superb. It's a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, and there's a bustling shopping street right next door. The hotel has a vintage feel, but everything is well-maintained and done nicely.

All stars for Galileo, had a very relaxing stay. Front desk, pantry and housekeeping staff are all friendly and warm. Helpful and detailed information provided by front desk desk personnel whenever required. We were allocated a room on the 5th floor, immaculate and spacious. Amenities are good, they even include hotel slippers! The lifts work and we didn’t have to use stairs to carry luggage. Breakfast is good and has an array of options - eggs, bacon, bread, fresh fruits, coffee. Very centrally located, Duomo is 2 mnts walk on the right.

Excellent location. The hotel is a bit outdated but is an excellent quality-price ratio considering the location.

For someone like me who loves to shop but isn't great at English, this hotel is the best choice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the muffins with maple syrup. And the tiramisu was outstanding!

Great location, very close to the cathedral, but the facilities are a bit old. The heating was super strong, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling too hot. The breakfast was delicious 😋 so, so, so good! I'd still recommend it, it's just that with the Winter Olympics approaching, the prices are very high.

Overall service is good, especially the porter. Room can add a kettle or some complimentary tea bags or coffee capsule.

Strategically located, basic stay but worth the price if you need a place to stay without much fanciness

The receptionist were UNFRIENDLY to me and my families. We booked 2 rooms for the 3 of us, 2 of us shared one together and one room for another one of us. Just because we had more luggages as we were here for work and leisure at the same time, they kept questioning us like how many people we have in one room or did we hide someone in our luggages, it is entirely ridiculous. Their attitudes were really impolite and disrespectful.
