Gorgeous new hotel. 5 min walk from the metro which is great although the immediate surrounding area doesn't have shops or cafes. There a big shopping plaza district about 12 min walk away. Rooms are nice and thoughtful and staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. I was stuck in zermatt because of the snow storm (national emergency) in which people in Italy is killed and traveling is impossible. I asked the hotel to cancel since the road is closed but they still charge me anyway.

The environment and hygiene are very good, but the customer service is extremely poor. I was here on a business trip in April and lost my driver's license in the safe. I originally planned to have a friend pick it up, but they couldn't come due to work. I confirmed with the hotel again that they would keep it and that I would come back in September to pick it up in person.
