Hotel at a very high level, the best service. Very tasty breakfast, fresh fruit. Prooms tidy, cleaned every day, mattresses like a king. I am very pleased with my stay, I will come again next month. A beautiful garden around the hotel, tended every day.

Excellent staff and service. Rooms are nice and offer a great view. There are beautiful gardens on the front and back of the Hotel. Check in was smooth. At the restaurant breakfast is good and service is very friendly and professional. We will back.

Our stay was so much more enjoyable having Paul at our service, treating us all with a smile and absolute patience. The ambience was great, and the sea view table was extra enjoyable . Thank you Paul!

Vorrei prendermi 3 minuti perché di più non merita, per raccontare a tutte le persone che si trovono difronte sui vari motori di ricerca l'hotel embassy&boston scritto volutamente in piccolo visto l'entità del direttore. Comincio a dirvi che l'hotel è rimasto fermo agli anni 60 arredamento nelle camere senza parole per descriverlo, pulizia inesistente, senza entrare nello specifico perché altrimenti scrivo una enciclopedia, il direttore ha messo in atto una dittatura che terrorizza tutto il personale in servizio, ci sono receptioniste e camerieri con stipendi Stagionali che vanno da 700 euro a un massimo di 1200 euro e lavorano 65/70 ore alla settimana senza giorni di riposo. La cucina intesa come struttura, materiale e accessori in condizioni a dire poco indescrivibile, Padelle tutte arruginite, fuochi a intermittenza, frigoriferi pieni di ruggine all'interno forni talmente incrostati e pieni di grasso che non serviva neppure condire gli alimenti per cuocere visto che con il calore tutto colava in cottura, merce in frigo scaduta, camera negativa con prodotti crudi e corti sensa data di conservazione talmente vecchi che la merce era già praticamente stata cotta con le temperature a - 20. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di evitare anzi di stare molto lontano da questo hotel e in particolare dal suo direttore per la salvezza della vostra salute Grazie.

Esterno e piano accoglienza sono da hotel 4 , il resto da pensione a 2 stelle.Le stanze sono mediocri, i corridoi con moquette obsoleta e sudicia, i bicchieri del bar zona piscina di plastica lavabile ma rovinati e a volte sporchi.Queste sono carenze opinabili ma, la cosa più grave, le condizioni della piscina : acqua torbida, assenza di cloro e presenza di alghe. Mi assumo la responsabilità di affermare che non sia balneabile e a rischio sanitario...lavoro nel campo delle piscine e trovo inconcepibile una situazione del genere.

Un disastro , il direttore arrogante e menefreghista, si pongono come pet friendly ma non hanno nulla per i cani , disastroso il ristorante , da declassare sicuramente.ho presentato alla reception i problemi che ho riscontrato e il direttore si è mostrato nuovamente arrogante.

Avevo prenotato 10 gg per una vacanza in famiglia. Sul sito c’era scritto ‘ ANIMAZIONE PER I PIÙ’ PICCOLI In spiaggia e in hotel i tuoi bambini possono divertirsi con tornei sportivi, caccia al tesoro, baby dance, giochi in piscina e molto altro ancora. Disponibile tutti i giorni dalle 10 alle 13, dalle 16 alle 19.30 e dalle 21.30 alle 22.30, la nostra animazione ti regalerà momenti di relax e tranquillita’ mentre i tuoi figli giocano felici’. Sono arrivata in hotel e non c’era nulla di tutto questo, servizio animazione e non esisteva e nessuno mi aveva avvisato , nonostante fosse scritto sul sito e mi fosse stato garantito telefonicamente all’atto della prenotazione . Ho chiesto di cambiare subito hotel e di restituirmi la caparra , ma mi avrebbero trattenuto comunque oltre 700 euro di penale, nonostante il disservizio e la pubblicità ingannevole fosse da attribuire a loro ! Quindi mi sono rimasta per tre giorni per non perdere i soldi della caparra, appurando che in pieno ferragosto l’hotel fosse vuoto. A cena eravamo solo una decina di tavoli, pochissime stanze prenotate, nessun gioco per bambini , nemmeno uno scivolo , attesa infinita ai pasti ,nonostante in sala da pranzo non ci fosse clienti , e ordinazioni a tavola per il bambino sempre sbagliate , camere piccole e vecchie , moquette logorata e sporca nei corrodoi

È un peccato che è un hotel così grande, ben situato sulla spiaggia, in una posizione tranquilla, non sia gestito bene. O meglio non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi la camera era pulita la colazione ottima e di qualità, quello che lascia perplessi è il servizio. Alla reception c è un signore molto preparato, ma non tutti sono così. All arrivo la stagista che forse era lì da pochissimo ci accoglie con un "Di cosa avere bisogno?" Vedi tu, magari un "Benvenuti, accomodatevi al check in"sarebbe stato più sensato! In sala ristorante ci sono molti ragazzi dell'alberghiero, che devono essere istruiti a dire buongiorno prego grazie. Ecco, quello che lascia un po' desiderare in questo hotel è la cortesia e la cordialità che ti aspetti in un hotel della Romagna. Tutti fanno il loro lavoro ma sono molto freddi non c'è un sorriso non c'è un buongiorno. Peccato!
