We stayed with my wife at the Sorriso hotel in early July. The value for money is not there... not for a 4 **** hotel in a country like Italy. Air conditioning often not working as well as the lift. The rooms and their furniture need to be modernized, the dining room is falling apart. 1 positive point is the terrace for breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff! It was really the 1 and only happy moment of our stay. The management, who you would expect the highest standards from, had instead such a poor attitude if compared to the rest of the staff. We will definitely not be returning nor recommending it.

Hotel in posizione ottimale a Milano marittima camera ampia e accogliente, ottima colazione a buffet nella ampia terrazza vista mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Hall stupenda con bar e pianoforte a coda! Piscina non grandissima ma carina. Da consigliare!!

Un albergo molto bello ed accogliente. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le camere pulite. È a 3min a piedi al Papeete Beach. Si dorme benissimo, visto che è una zona molto tranquilla. Da consigliare assolutamente. Siamo completamente soddisfatte.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanze pulite e comode, colazione con tantissima scelta, anche per persone intolleranti al glutine.Personale molto competente e sempre disponibile . Bella la piscina così come la zona lettini . Ritorneremo volentieri.

Ho prenotato direttamente attraverso il loro call servizio esterno di prenotazione (non una cosa positiva di per se), il quale ha mancato di riferire che desideravo pagare in contanti e che necessitavo una camera con 2 letti separati. Mi è stato addebitato invece l'intero importo con carta di credito. Chiedo lo storno dell'addebito e non mi viene concesso, rimandando decisione finale ad una fantomatica onnipotente direttrice, la quale dopo un'ora arriva ma asserisce di non poter fare nulla e non offre nessun tipo di compensazione per il disservizo. Camere e bagno piccoli, moquette, colazione non all'altezza. un grazie solo alla receptionist che non aveva nessuna colpa e ha mostrato disponibilità e quantomeno simpatia.

Siamo appena tornati da 4 giorni di soggiorno in questo hotel (2 adulti, 1 bambino di 5 anni e hn bambino di neanche un mese) e devo dire che abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità della struttura nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Personale preparato e attento. Cena al buffet ma con preparazione al momento sia dei primi che secondi piatti (formula dal nostro punto di vista ottima). Camere spaziose, ancora alcune migliorie da fare (ad esempio porte). Pulite. Alla prossima

Ho soggiornato a fine agosto assieme a mia moglie per una 3 giorni di relax. Complessivamente bene. Camera all'altezza delle aspettative (un plauso alla reception, che ha chiarito tempestivamente un mio dubbio iniziale). Hotel vicino alla spiagga, consiglio personalmente lo stabilimento 297. Colazione bene. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok, mi sento di consigliare questo hotel

Hotel in una posizione molto strategica, il personale molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Personale della reception molto educato e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Cocktail buonissimi al bar. Le camere abbastanza pulite e molto spaziose. Grazie per i giorni trascorsi. Buon lavoro, ci rivediamo l’ anno prossimo.

Soggiornato presso hotel sorriso per un week-end, ottima la posizione ma le camere non sono assolutamente da 4 stelle, arredamento antiquato, bagno anni 80 senza ventilazione ma con finestra, peccato però che aprendola mi accorgo che affacciava sul terrazzo della camera accanto. Mi rivolgo alla reception per segnalare il problema e la signora attonita mi risponde che le sembra stranissimo, nessuno lo aveva mai segnalato e asserisce che, essendo l'albergo stato progettato da un architetto, sono state seguite tutte le norme necessarie. Basita per la risposta ricevuta insisto chiedendo se secondo lei fosse normale che dopo aver fatto la doccia aprendo la finestra (non essendoci ventilazione) mi potessi trovare davanti i miei vicini di camera sul loro terrazzo. A questo punto la signora cercando di minimizzare dice ”ma è successo qualcosa? qualcuno l'ha guardata dal terrazzo mentre era in bagno? non stia a pensare a queste cose si goda la vacanza”. Allibita dalla risposta ringrazio la signora e rinuncio a qualsiasi confronto.
