The apartments address is Langtree Avenue however this is not correct. Entry is via a dark lane way which has no security. One bedroom apartment has the bathroom in three sections in the bedroom with opaque doors for toliet and shower giving no privacy. We were told that the parking in the carpark off the laneway was safe by reception however our car was vandalised. No support or assistance from management.

Possibly the best beds I’ve seen in a hotel. Clean and well kitted out - but a note, you’ll need to bring everything if you plan to cook. Strange set up as no separate bathroom - just a toilet room and a shower at the end of the bedroom. Huge outdoor area but it overlooks the car park. Fantastic location in terms of being able to walk to restaurants etc. Staff are kind and helpful and self check in brilliant. BUT sound insulation terrible. I could hear next door and room behind me as if the occupants were in the same room as me and could hear their water running when they had showers etc. very annoying if your neighbours lack any courtesy. Hotel staff stuck to do much if it’s late. They even admitted the sound carried in the building. I hope they can fix it. It’s a shame as the rest is truly fantastic.

The whole process to actually get into our room was cumbersome starting with the entry portal on their website which didn't work. I found the safe key box was difficult to open, so we were very relieved to finally get into the room. After unpacking we received a knock on the door and found a young man who was also booked into our room. Further phone calls which took time finally resolved the issue The bottom line is that this should not have happened and we will never stay here again !!
