I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Oil Painting Art Hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's also very close to tourist attractions and offers a wide variety of local cuisine, including barbecue spots and specialty dishes from Mile. Parking right outside the hotel is also very convenient, and it's super close to the city center. The value for money is excellent! They even provide a Powe hairdryer in the room, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Eco Park, and there are many BBQ restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was good, and the service was warm and attentive. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, just a ten-minute walk to Honghe Water Town.

We drove to Mile and randomly chose this oil painting art hotel. It's right next to the Lake Spring Ecological Park, with free parking in front. The hotel corridors are decorated with oil paintings, and the rooms are very clean with separate wet and dry areas. The receptionist, Ms. Qin, was very welcoming and introduced us to local food and attractions, and suggested the best times to take photos for better results. She was so thoughtful! I must give Ms. Qin a thumbs up 👍, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mile.

Stayed at Oil Painting Art Spa Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, the overall experience was very unsatisfactory. Let’s start with the advantages: The hotel front desk service attitude is very good, with questions and answers, and very patient. The location is also very convenient, with many food options nearby, making it easy to get in and out of food. Amenities self-service washing machine service is provided, air conditioning is also acceptable. But what makes me most uncomfortable are the following, which have a huge overall impact: 1. The pillow was very hard and high and I had headaches and neck pain after trying it and couldn’t rest. After calling to inquire, the staff, although they barely helped me find a more suitable pillow, the original arrangement was obviously not ideal. 2. Extremely poor hygiene. I found moth gnats in rooms and in multiple locations (including: toilets, washbasins, rooms, beds, bathrooms almost anywhere), and not in small quantities – I killed **25 of them** in total, much to my shock and horror. I went to the scene of a horror movie. (You can in the pictures I have taken different locations and there are actually many more) 3. The hot springs were not as expected. Originally saw online mention of the hotel has oil paintings and hot springs, but in practice the so-called hot spring pool is small like a BB pool, and also makes me feel that the water quality and environment is not clean, the overall would not want to use at all. 4. Breakfast was more general, failing to improve the overall evaluation. 5. Very low value for money, if at such an expensive price (almost $600 yuan per night, nearby actually plenty of options) to rent such an environment I think very harsh Summary: I would not consider staying again if I could. It is hoped that the hotel will seriously improve pillow comfort, hygiene and cleanliness as well as hot spring facilities, otherwise it will seriously affect the guest experience.

The receptionist is beautiful, generous, meticulous, and efficient; she is reportedly the manager. When checking out, the waiting time for our car was long, but the receptionist flexibly extended our stay by half an hour. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom and sink were separated, and there were no unpleasant odors. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy. It was delicious and visually appealing, and the kitchen staff were exceptionally welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a very good stay.
