The hotel is located right within the scenic area and it's absolutely beautiful. I booked Building E, which is close to the hot springs – just a short walk away. Actually, the other buildings are quite convenient too, as the hotel provides a shuttle service. It definitely pays to visit during the off-season; it felt like I had the hot springs all to myself!

The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time.

Great hotel! The environment is lovely, and the rooms are clean and tidy. There's a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the hot springs. The swans are absolutely adorable, and the hot springs themselves are excellent with a good variety of different types. The service is also very good and polite.

Building A, though a bit far, was very convenient with frequent shuttle services, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. We had a minor issue during our stay, but the duty manager resolved it quickly and even personally apologized.

Guests can also enjoy hot springs and leisurely walks, as the facilities are comprehensive. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is superb. It's an ideal choice for a vacation in Mile. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The surrounding environment is lovely, perfect for a refreshing and relaxing stroll in the morning or after a meal. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary tickets to the Banshan Hot Springs, which offer a wide range of pools. We arrived after 9 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

An excellent hotel! It's located right inside the Huquan Eco-park, offering a wonderful environment. There's a spacious parking lot, and the staff proactively greet guests. The breakfast spread is very rich. They even specially prepared Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) for the Lantern Festival. There are many hot spring pools, perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. The rooms are clean and hygienic!

The entire resort is huge and the environment is lovely. We booked a family room which included breakfast for three and hot spring tickets. The hot springs are open from 9 AM to 12 AM, which is a good long time. However, when we went in the morning, the water was often cold and not fully filled.
