The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even gave us a little guide they made themselves, which was such a thoughtful touch! It's pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus. The breakfast was really extensive, they even had steak! The environment was very satisfying. Highly recommend, everyone should check it out!

The room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. Every staff member was incredibly polite and always greeted me warmly. The hot spring water was excellent; after a soak, all my fatigue just melted away. The hotel environment is tranquil (just look at the pictures!). It's also conveniently located, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. For this price, to get such service and an environment like this is truly great value for money. This will definitely be my go-to place for future business trips here, and I'll be recommending it to my friends. Five stars!

This was my first time visiting Mile, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel – it was 100% satisfying! I booked a family room, which was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could need. The beds were especially comfortable. After exploring during the day, it was great to come back and relax in the hot spring at night. The location is excellent, right next to the Huquan Ecological Park, and just a 5-minute walk to Qianwang Gate. My whole family and the kids loved it. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

The overall environment is fresh and comfortable, and the hygiene is impeccably maintained, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensures a good night's sleep. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, offering great value for money. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location, right across the street from Huquan Ecological Park, and a 5-minute walk to Qianwang Gate. Plenty of food options nearby and convenient parking. Breakfast was decent, enough to fill you up. My daughter is older, and the hotel proactively offered her a complimentary breakfast. Plenty of drinking water provided. Cons: The water pressure in the shower and sink was very low, making it difficult to shower or wash fruit.

I booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.
