The hotel is located in a park, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. The cave rooms come with a hot spring, which was perfect for bathing with the kids in the comfort of our room. The storm hot spring experience was also fantastic, and the children absolutely loved it.

Traveling solo, I picked this place based on online reviews and I'm really glad I did! The service was absolutely fantastic, the environment felt brand new, and the hot spring experience was amazing. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel environment is excellent. We stayed in their family suite with a private hot spring. The living and dining areas were very spacious, which was super convenient for feeding our infant and using the stroller. The balcony had a private hot spring, offering great privacy. Our baby loved soaking in it twice! Downstairs, there are also several private and public hot spring pools with natural mineral spring water, all offering a fantastic experience.

As soon as we got out of the car and approached the hotel, a staff member was already on their way to greet us warmly and help us with our luggage. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with a unique on-site hot spring that offered us a truly special experience. Before we left, they even offered us coffee to take away. We absolutely loved it! 😍

When traveling with my girlfriend, the most important thing is the hotel, followed by the food. I've been to Mile many times, and honestly, the hotels there are generally quite good. But this time, the Mountain Retreat was a truly delightful surprise. The service was on par with a five-star international hotel. From the welcome gift to the hotel's amenities, everything made for a wonderful stay. The lobby design is a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western elements. It's spacious, and the hand-drip coffee is excellent! The hot spring on the first floor has both public and private pools, and importantly, it's very well-ventilated—not stuffy at all! Since I drove there, I parked right next to the hotel, making it convenient to go out and explore. What surprised me most was the body lotion provided by the hotel; it smelled amazing! I only used half a bottle, but I took the rest home to find the same product online, haha. It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth the price. In my opinion, a truly good value experience is what I call value for money! I didn't take pictures of the room because we arrived too late and slept in a mess. You can see other people's pictures. Clean and luxurious!

The rooms were clean, the public areas were tastefully decorated, the butler service was excellent, and the private hot spring access in the rooms was lovely; the overall emotional experience was very well-managed. The Storm Hot Spring is by reservation only, ensuring excellent privacy. The location is also great, very close to Qianwangmen Gate, and there are plenty of nearby shops. If I have the time, I would definitely stay longer.

Facilities: The architecture is rich in ethnic characteristics and grand, a style I really like. Cleanliness: Very clean, the room was spotless and smelled wonderful, and the bedding was comfortable and safe to sleep in. Environment: The environment is superb, the air is fresh, and everything smells nice and is very clean. Service: The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Public Hot Spring Bath: The public bath is unique, and the water is very clean and comfortable. Private Hot Spring Bath [90 minutes]: This goes without saying, it's very relaxing and includes various medicinal baths. It's incredibly comfortable for the whole family to soak in, and it's very relaxing.

Located within the Honghe Water Town urban tourism complex in the southern part of Mile City, this hotel boasts convenient transportation. Adjacent to a wetland park, it enjoys lush greenery and a tranquil, beautiful setting. The surrounding commercial street offers a wide variety of businesses, making it a well-established and mature destination. On the evening of my stay, the shower water temperature was slightly low. Upon receiving feedback, the butler promptly contacted the engineer for improvement. We suggest adding non-slip mats or floor towels to the shower areas and perhaps creating local attraction guides, souvenirs, and other gifts for guests. Although still in its trial operation period, the service was warm and efficient, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the experience of the signature storm hot spring and public soaking pools exceeded expectations. Compared to other local products, the price-performance ratio is outstanding, making it a worthwhile choice for future stays.
