Yuexinyuan Hot Spring Resort Hotel

First time staying here, and the hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The environment was clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite. The cleaning lady even noticed we had a lot of clothes drying in our room and promptly brought us more hangers, which was incredibly considerate. The nightly 'goodnight' desserts and daily afternoon tea snacks, without a doubt, are a step above what you'd expect from hotels in the same price range. Bottled water was readily available everywhere. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering both Chinese and Western options, so you could get your fill of vegetables, protein, and carbs every morning. The hotel rooms are genuinely spacious; while other hotels at this price point offer rooms around 20-30 square meters, these are 40-50 square meters, and the bay window lets in amazing light. Almost every afternoon, we had the pool to ourselves, and the heated pool was perfect for the kids. All in all, we were very satisfied, the kids loved it, and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and even provided fruit and a turndown drink. Upon checkout, they gave us a small gift. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

This hotel is really great and feels very grand. They also offer excellent hot spring services, along with complimentary fruit and a 'goodnight snack.' There's a nice swimming pool, and the breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of dishes. It's perfectly suited for both friends and families traveling together.

This hotel was a super pleasant surprise! The kids absolutely loved it. You can tell from the many small details that the hotel management has a grand vision. While it might not be the absolute best hotel I've ever stayed at, it definitely offers the most exceptional and thoughtful service for its price point. The breakfast was not only plentiful but also excellent quality. The hot spring water was refilled from morning till night, and bottled water was freely available. Every day, they provided carefully prepared fruit and a delicious goodnight dessert soup, which was perfectly brewed! We were so happy staying here for three days. To all my friends, I highly recommend it! Let's help them keep up the great service. I hope the owner stays true to their original vision and doesn't raise prices. I'll definitely be back to stay here on my next trip to Mile.

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. Every day, there were fresh fruits and different 'good night' drinks. Mineral water was readily available throughout the hotel, which was very convenient. The hot springs and hot stone room really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. Although I didn't get to try the swimming pool, it looked quite nice. After checking out, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The room was spacious, and the front desk looked really classy. I enjoyed the hot spring twice; even though there are only 7 pools, it was wonderful because there weren't many people. Breakfast was plentiful too!
