Stayed here the night before starting the west highland way. 2nd stay at this hotel and both times were great. Comfy room, nice and clean and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff could not have been more helpful. Only a short walk up to the town and the start of the way. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed here one night , lifts were out of order but Gemma puts us on the ground floor. We found her to be very cheerful and chatty as well as informative, credit to Premier. Sang the praises of food unfortunately we did not par take as had eaten. Oh well. Rooms as what the expectations are, clean well maintained with soaps, teas and coffees with kettle and TV, also batteries in remote control.

Arrived. No one on reception. Waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive, when he did his shirt was hanging out of his trousers and he looked disheveled. This was followed by you can't have breakfast until 10.30. I told him my business meeting was at 11am he didn't care. The room was dirty. ***** hair in the shower and on the toilet rim. Disgusting. Not even a glass in the bathroom to rinse your mouth out after you brush your teeth. Quite simply after 40 years of staying in hotels this one goes down as one of the worst. I'm cancelling my booking in the morning and going to relocate in central Glasgow. Don't stay here folks it's the pits.
