We were at San Jose's Great Mall to shop so the location was super convenient and accessible. One side of the Marriott did face the main road, but we were able to change the rooms easily to the quieter side. My kids really enjoyed the newly renovated Marriott.

The service we ordered on trip.com included breakfast for two guests, but every morning the service staff told us that there was no system record, which resulted in us having to communicate with the counter multiple times for re-confirmation. It was very unprofessional and affected our mood during the morning meal. . Breakfast is a la carte, but there are limited items to choose from, and it is not generous. There are other coffee options, but you can only order black coffee. As a result, for breakfast on the first day of your stay, you mistakenly thought you could order a latte. In this case, when we checked out, we found that we were charged for the latte. The whole ordering and dining system is terrible

The front desk staff are friendly and have a good attitude. The room is overall comfortable and clean, but the sound insulation of the floor and windows is poor, especially the entrance sensor door is too loud when you live in the side room.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Soundproofing, Room Size; The hotel is quite satisfactory, located in a relatively quiet place, there is no free breakfast, you have to order a la carte on the first floor. I checked in at 8:30 on a Friday night and no one was eating in the restaurant when I left at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Parking is free.
