I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to the mall and several restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety at breakfast, but overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice and clean

Clean. Breakfast was an American style breakfast with scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, a hot meat rotation of sausage patties, bacon, etc. See pictures.

The hotel has a great location, right next to Milpitas Square, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the highway exit. Breakfast is included, but the food is always the same and lacks variety. I got tired of it after a week. The room isn't well soundproofed. The sound of water running from the tap in the upstairs apartment is very clear. The guy upstairs always comes back to his room around 1 AM, and his footsteps are very clear. Neighbors opening and closing doors outside the room can definitely hear it. If you're sensitive to noise, either wear earplugs or choose another hotel. The front desk is mostly empty or only one person is there. You have to call them to get them to come out. And they're not very friendly; they seem to be temporary or new employees. The bathroom is slippery. Without soap, I slipped and fell every time I went in and out. The waterproof edge material is hard, so I bled. Luckily, it wasn't serious. There are no anti-slip mats or warnings in the bathroom. Use it with caution.

The hygiene and service were good! The facilities were excellent, and the transportation was very convenient, close to the 237 expressway. There was a 99 Ranch Market supermarket and various restaurants nearby, with good food, many choices, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There are many Chinese restaurants across the street from the hotel, and it's also very close to Silicon Valley, making it suitable for business trips. I would book again next time, although the price is a bit high.

The room is big, the service is good, the breakfast is simple, and there are many products in COSCO nearby. The surrounding restaurants are mainly Chinese.

It's a good place overall. There's a Chinese market across the road that has everything.
