Very bad experience, I can't find the vault when I drive to the door at 7 o'clock in the evening, and I can't self park. It was hard to find someone to park, but there was no one at the front desk in the lobby. After waiting for 5 minutes, a sister came. After reading the ID and completing the check-in procedure, they told me that there was no room, and I had to wait for the manager to walk in the room. Waited another 15 minutes and said there was no room. I was going to contact me in advance but didn't get in touch (however I didn't receive any information in advance). Help me to change to another older Hyatt at my own initiative, there is no room upgrade, no discount, and even the price difference is not made up. This stay experience is not as good as holiday inn. If you don't have a room, don't put it outside.

The hotel and our room was clean and very nice. What I was disappointed was that the hotel would charge me a fee to get to my room earlier and we had to wait one hour to the parking/valet from the hotel to get our car, even though we paid for the service (not a free parking).

Very nice hotel and great location close to FiServ Forum.
Note that there is no pool though even though the site says there is. Additionally, be sure to request your vehicle from the valet service well in advance of when you need to leave, especially if you are leaving at a peak time. We waited for around 40 minutes and you can't go get it on your own.

Extremely happy with our stay. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and courteous. Valet was great! Breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, staff fantastic! Genuinely friendly. Some opportunities: shower dispenser empty. DirectTV was spotty during snow overnight. Lounge staff great, drinks and food not so much. Also, expensive valet only parking. Like the hyatt brand and okay stay overall.

Our room was very nice. Being on the 4th floor we had very quiet hallways - no slamming doors !!
To our surprise there was a saxophone player in the bar, which we truly enjoyed. We will definitely stay again !!
