Service was good - the front desk went over and beyond to help me figure out how I could take the local public bus. The state of the rooms left much to be desired. It's an old property and the room feels a little musty, old, and not befitting of what Doubletree Hilton standards should be. However, the DoubleTree cookie was an absolute delight!

When I got to the room, I found that there were people working out next to the gym on the second floor in the middle of the night. It was so noisy. Buffet selection was a little small but food was very good. Room was a little noisy from traffic but was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly, the valet convenient, pricing was affordable, and the location was ideal, especially for concerts and events - also tons of offers for cookies and water :)

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they professional but they also went out of their way to be both helpful and friendly! The hotel is also within walking distance of many places.

Staff was extremely friendly & welcoming at check in & just as friendly at check out! Valet parking attendants were also friendly & very quick when car was needed. Rooms were clean & the shower was great! Warm cookies at check in were the best and then we were also offered them at check out! Will definitely stay here again.
