Very convenience location. Breakfast was good.

Convenient location close to the airport.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Accommodating. Informative. The property however failed to meet my expectations. The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. The "update" to the room was pathetic. Cheaply painted walls, stained carpet, caulk lines in the bathroom consistent with a child who just fingerpainted. Breakfast was pathetic. Period. I DO NOT recommend.

Booked a King bed room thru *******. Got there rather late in the day and was given a room with 2 queen beds. Showed them my ******* reservation with King room and they blamed ******* and said they couldn't move me because they were "sold out".

Pool was just a bit on the cold side but about room temp. Good breakfast a nice room with exta seating.

We stayed here one night before flying out of Milwaukee. We were disappointed to find upon check in that the shuttle does not start until 4:00am and only runs every half hour. There were also chips crushed on the floor of our room upon arrival near the bed. Overall, not what we expected.

Good value for the price. Clean rooms, good beds, nice pool area, good breakfast, and good service. Drawbacks: elevator currently out of order, wi-fi isn’t free (though apps are available for free on the TV in the room, which is definitely a plus).
