Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Overall my first stay at the Milwaukee Ambassador Hotel was really good. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and engaging and the food I had was very good. As far as my room, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom is where it needs some work. The shower head didn't want to come on right away and the water pressure was dismal at best. Also, it was very clear the shower tile/grout does not get cleaned regularly, as it was visibly dirty. One image shows the clean tile above the sink and the other is the dirty shower grout. Lastly, the 1st floor bathroom was so cute, but the 2nd door you walk through desperately needs to be cleaned and repainted. Please fix this. It gives a bad first impression.

I stay in Milwaukee regularly and the Ambassador is always a good bet. The architecture is amazing.

My time at the hotel was great. My room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Everyone there was so nice and friendly from the moment I checked in. The bar was a great place to stop after a long day to have a few drinks and pleasant conversation with the bar tender. The manager, Nikki, was exceptional! She was helpful, friendly and kind. That made my stay an even more memorable experience. If you travel with dogs, she willI give them lots of loving and treats. I will be back and I definitely recommend staying there to anyone looking to visit the Milwaukee area.

Hotel was amazing!!!!! Nikki and Roberto at the front desk were awesome as well as another female who checked us out… I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful jewelry! Everyone was so nice and Nikki gave loved our pups and gave them treats and love every time we went out to use bathroom!! The area was a little sketchy with some locals who hang out at the corner store, but no one bothered us even on our walks to the school down the street. Parking was great and felt secure as well as the hotel staff after hours and room key entry late at night. Thank you ambassador for making us feel safe and so welcome!!!!!! Also the free shuttle within 3 miles was a cool plus!

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel! The location is extremely convenient for Brewers games or events at The Rave/Eagles Club, which is right across the street. They offer a shuttle to the games and back, which was a huge plus — just make sure to sign up ahead of time for the ride there. We used the free shuttle back and it worked out great. It was also nice that they had food available on-site until midnight on Friday and Saturday, plus a bar open until 2 a.m. The service was a little slow on the busy event night we stayed, so they could probably benefit from additional staff during peak times, but everyone was very friendly and the gentleman who checked us in was especially great. The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit outdated, but the hotel still has a lot of its original charm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated the free shuttle offered by the hotel and used it three times during our stay. Rooms spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable as well.

They closed their dining room, breakfast is now served in the coffee shop. No dining room for supper, only food is from the bar room. Not happy about any of that.
