Great service and well welcomed

Service at the front desk for check-in was great, however our room had a terrible odour and was very dirty. Dust, hair and filth on the floors, on the desk lamp and behind bed. It was noisy in the parking lot at the back and not very well lit. Price was reasonable and very close to the airport, but we would never stay again. Did not feel safe at all.

The hotel overall was decent. The attached restaurant was closed for business. The staff were great ! Very friendly and helpful!

It started with check in, check in was still 3 I showed up at 3:30 and was told it was going to be 45minutes to an hour before my room would be cleaned. When I got checked in the front desk clerk didn't even tell me how to find my room, I had to ask. Pile of garbage at the back entrance of the building. My room was clean but the smell of cigarettes and pot was strong in the hall. Light fixtures and desk had rust on it. The patio door to my room didn't completely lock, the door would slide open partially. Fortunately I was able to Jimmy the lock on the door to actually work and lock it's self. Mini fridge had a weird smell in it. Real life did not match what the pictures online looked.

This is a poorly maintained hotel. However, it was the lowest price for my temporary accommodation. I was the only person, but would never have booked this hotel if I was with my family.

The tv remote control couldn’t turn on the TV the mgr on duty came to turn it on but left it on in Spanish

I had stay here before and it was a pleasure… years later, im never staying here ever again!…

The website says there is a shuttle transportation but there is no airport shuttle
