For a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

The staff were eager to help with a problem and were friendly. The air conditioner wasn’t working so they put in a new one. I was very impressed.

The hallways and room kind of smelled funny. The whole place was kinda of run down and didn’t feel especially clean. Used keycard holder, etc. I thought the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent though, and well maintained.

It was a comfortable place to stay and was conveniently close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. I would say it's a luxurious place to stay, but it was comfortable, with excellent airport service, and was great for the night, and a place to stay when going to the airport.

As we checked in, police were arresting guests out front. Terrible area of Milwaukee. We’d never been there before and does this accurately describe Milwaukee and its people? Don’t know, but we’re certainly not going back to this area. Pot smell was horrendous in the hallways. Non smoking rooms? Non smoking hotel? Yuck. Very loud kids and screaming late at night. Didn’t really feel safe all night and we checked out early morning and left. Room was clean and that was fine. A/c was very cold which was good. Didn’t use shower. Convenient off freeway.

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Just a quick overnight sleep before an early morning flight. Convenient, prompt and friendly shuttle service to the airport.

TV needed an adjustment to the contrast/brightness. Front desk tried to help but TV was not adjustable. It would've been nice to have a different TV brought in or moved to a different room neither was suggested.
