Room was very nice but I didn’t receive my $20 ********** food credit. I contacted them online, no way to reach Customer Service via their 800 #. Hotel itself is lovely.

We come every December for a packer’s game and tho it is a 2 hour drive to Green Bay we still stay at Potawatomi. One of our favourite places to stay

We always enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are large, the staff is very kind and helpful, and there are great places to get a drink or a bite to eat.

Im a gold V.I.P. member ans when available im supposed to get free room ugrades ans she said they dont do upgraded of any kind so i feel like being a gold vip member doesnt really give me any perks. I was pretty disappointed about this bc inwent on a sunday where it was slow amd still no upgraded room
