The reception is terrible! I kept making wrong charges. I had already paid the room fee through Ctrip. I charged three more charges when I checked in, and another room charge when I checked out the next day. They were all wrong. It was me. After I found out, I asked for a refund, and the refund was very complicated. Now I can only wait to see the monthly statement to see if it has been refunded. The same goes for orders placed by friends!

From ease of check in to ease of parking, with comfortable large room, our stay was great! Within easy walking distance to restaurants and Fiserv. The breakfast had a nice variety.

If you stay at this hotel you better ask when you check in for your room to be refreshed or they will not do it! I was not told this upon my check in, asked the next day to have my room refreshed, but this was not even done! The manager advised that i needed to address this 24 hours before my request. So i had to clean my own room, remove my towels and garbage.

Location was perfect! We ended up doing a date night at the Bucks game because we could walk there from our hotel. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! Room was big, clean, and comfortable.
This hotel definitely made me want to return for another date weekend in Milwaukee

The room was missing a shower curtain and TV remote, and low on pillows (also the pillows on the bed were horrible.
