Great location to walk to Summerfest grounds for a concert at BMO! Room was comfy for a night.

We checked in at 4am due to our flights bracing diverted and delayed. After 16 hours of travel, we get to the hotel and had to wait 15-20 minutes for our room since she was doing a night audit. That’s lovely, they should have our keys ready for us at that time. Also, the over night girl dressed like she was homeless in pajiamas or something, definitely not WESTIN.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff was great all around, the drinks at check in were a nice plus. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Was an easy walk to Summerfest.

Work out rooms with poor AC and broken faucets. Terrible stay, will never go back!!
