The room was not clean. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and had to be replaced. The ice bucket was still wet from previous use.

Great vibe, walking distance to multiple spots - public market, BMO pavilion, HD museum. Great staff. Clean. All around recommend...we were only supposed to stay one night and decided to stay another.

Picked for location (near the Harley Davidson Museum) we were blown away by this little gem!! Rustic motorcycle themed and overflowing with charm! Food and service are excellent, a joy to stay and a wonder to explore in it self

Not great- service lackadaisical
Service not a priority- from carrying your own bags up the front stairs, to not cleaning rooms, to plastic cups in the outdoor bar, to general staff attitude. Third stay but place has slipped and will try somewhere else next time.
