I checked in at night, so I don't know what the view was like. There was a lot of explanation at the front desk, so I sometimes forget things.

I used your services for a business trip. I had no problems using them. I would use your services again if I have the opportunity.

Considering the price of the hot springs, rooms, and amenities, it is wonderful. However, I was surprised that the price of breakfast was more than 1.5 times the listed price. They responded that they have no connection with the site and so would only offer it at a price more than 1.5 times the normal price and that they had no intention of mentioning this on the site, so it is disappointing as everything else was great. I hope this will be fixed soon. Thank you in advance.

チェックインの際には丁寧な説明があり、更に「部屋の空きがあったので」と、予約していた部屋よりも広い部屋に変更をしてくれました。 施設内、部屋、大浴場など清潔で使いやすく、アメニティも色々揃っていたので、全く不便なく快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食付きプランを利用したのですが、朝食メニューの品数も多く、おかわりする事もでき、大変満足しました。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。
