Minakami Hotel Juraku

Because I was not satisfied with the hotel I stayed in the day before. When I arrived at Jule, I was greeted with coffee and snacks. There were buffets in the morning and evening. The style and taste were very good. There was also a concert at 7:30 in the evening. The whole thing felt very comfortable.

The water from the tap is delicious. I stayed in a Japanese-Western twin room, but there was no power source next to the bed, so I had to charge my cell phone in the Japanese-style room. The light switches were also concentrated near the entrance of the room, which was a bit inconvenient, but it feels like it's a sign of the times. That's about it. Overall it's good. I think that the guest rooms were well thought out, such as by putting vacant rooms between the rooms that were used. (*´ー｀*)

It's a paradise for alcohol lovers lol If you have an open-air hot spring bath in your room, it's great ❗️ The staff is wonderful. I had heard that the buffet was great, but it was many times more delicious than I expected, and the staff were all so nice. At the lounge mini-concert, I was able to listen to a violin performance and had an elegant time. This is a highly recommended hotel!

You can enjoy the same or better quality of the breakfast and dinner buffet, not only the ingredients, but also the variation of the foreign-affiliated hotels in the city. The flow line is relaxed and there is no stress. It's family-centric, so if you understand that, that's great.

A family of 4 soon after entering the dinner hall, a child under the age of 2 was exhausted. . I was treated selfishly. When I asked if I could eat in my room, I was told no. In addition, in the bathroom, brothers who seemed to be in the upper grades of elementary school brought icicles from the open-air bath and had a lot of fun in the indoor bath. The store clerk also pretended not to see it. Even if you talk, you have a half-talking attitude. I made a complaint to the front desk, but I was completely told that it was someone else's problem, and I had no choice but to call the person in charge. I thought that breakfast would be the same, so I called the deputy manager to the room and talked to him, but he said that I didn't need to pay for it. I was annoyed by his attitude that he was just listening to complaints and that he should apologize, and that he would give it away for free, so he should rest and shut up. I want you to learn from other places. Couldn't you have done something different? In particular, if the child hadn't been left alone, the child wouldn't have started crying at the voluntary violin mini-concert. Isn't it funny? There are various people, but both are customers, but it seems that they can not be treated equally. I don't understand anymore. Small children don't know what to say, and there are times when they don't know right or left. Everyone should have such an experience when they grow up. The people I dealt with probably had no experience raising children. It should be written that small children are not allowed. There will be no next time. I politely declined the sub-manager's proposal, paid and left immediately. I was looking forward to staying, but it turned out to be a very expensive study fee.

Breakfast is very busy. However, I thought that it would be quite difficult for families because the time is short and they will be kicked out as soon as it is over. If you have small children, we recommend that you go at about the same time as the start. Other than that, I am satisfied overall.
