I love the interior of this resort. The staff members are really friendly and helpful. I had little knowledge in selecting local onsen resort, so my initial expectation was not high. Much to my surprise, I love everything this hotel has had. Facility wise everything looks brand new. The room is spacious and comfy. The public bath and indoor onsen are big and clean. As for the meals, the presentations were good and they were delicious. I have no complaint about it. Keep up with the good work. Look forward to staying there again.

The service was amazing, and the whole place was very clean. The public bath house just renovated and it is very spacious. The dinner and breakfast was amazing as the sashimi was fresh. I will return to here when I travel to Aso again.

Hotel food seems not too innovative compared many newer ryokans. Room is very wet and moist throughout the night. Air con is placement is directly on top of bed, so it is either cold or too warm due to the moist.

Very good service once we arrived the hotel. Chinese & some overseas staffs normally can communicate in English, Chinese & Japanese. Comfort room & private spa. we enjoy.

The room we chose has a bath and is spacious enough. There is a big bathhouse, very new and big. The people are very small. It would be better if the hotel could have a self-service washing machine.

The hotel's service is first-class, and there are waiters who can speak fluent English. The room is like my hometown, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom supplies are complete, the room has a private bath, and there is a door to the outside. The environment is very beautiful. The food for dinner is exquisite, and the steak is very juicy. 

I remembered that the rice was delicious when I went there before, and it was delicious this time as well. It's a shame that the open-air bath in the room can no longer be used for morning baths! But the bathhouse was close by, so I went there instead. It's also a shame that it was difficult to see Mt. Aso! Overall, it's a satisfying inn.

The equipment in the hot spring pool is great. I’m so lucky to have snow.

Unfortunately it was a cloudy day, but the view from our room was amazing. We apologize for the inconvenience as our child has allergies, but they prepared a separate menu and everything was delicious! The staff were all kind and had a calm impression, making us feel very relaxed. The bath was clean, there were many types of shampoo that you would see in a drugstore, and there were many types of hair dryers, including ReFa and Yanmar, so it was nice to be able to try out a variety of them!

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted warmly. The waiter was smiling, spoke politely, and had no problem communicating in simple English. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained, clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and have a rest. Facing Mount Aso, the scenery is beautiful. The room is large, has a private hot spring in the room, and the dinner is rich and delicious. It's about half an hour's drive from Aso Nakadake. It's highly recommended if you're chartering a car or traveling by car.

The environment is elegant, the service is first-class, and the food quality is very good👍The hot spring is so comfortable. There are not many important points, so you can enjoy it slowly in the morning and evening. I will probably come again if I have the opportunity👍👍👍

The service attitude of the front desk clerk was very good. He took the initiative to give us towels and take photos for us during the foot bath. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I will stay here next time.
