Perhaps because it's a relatively new hotel, it felt very pleasant and all the facilities were great. My friend, in particular, found it so comfortable that they slept like a baby. I also think the lavender in front of the hotel would be absolutely beautiful during peak season. Even though I visited a bit past its prime, I could still catch a hint of the lavender scent, which left me with a lovely memory.

Modern design, and the rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms! There's a ski resort nearby, so the rooms even come with shoe dryers, which is a thoughtful touch! It's great if you're driving, as there aren't many restaurants around, but the hotel lobby has dining tables, an oven, and a coffee machine. There's also a Montbell store nearby.

Location wise, there is not much around the hotel sp if you are not renting a car, please rethink your options. For example, furano and biee are approx 1 hr away from here by car. Amazing friendly and professional staff.very impressed. Amentities and rooms are very nice too!

Overall it’s good, but there’s absolutely no catering service which is quite uncommon for a chained hotel and inconvenient for its location. It was hard for us to find a place to eat nearby, everything closes so early!

The staff were very polite, and the room, though small, was perfectly adequate. The room was also very clean. The lobby having a small kitchen available for use was very convenient. Although the location is a bit out of the way, there's a 7-Eleven just a two-minute drive away, and it's a 30-minute drive to Hoshino Resorts.
