Hotel Yubileiny

It's alright, I come here every time I'm on a business trip. The environment is decent, and the view is also pretty good. Everything's fine, mainly because it's close to the city center, which is very convenient for getting around or taking a taxi.

The location is ideal! The breakfasts are luxurious! But then come the issues: 1. We arrived at 2:40 PM, but they couldn't check us into our room because it hadn't been cleaned. They offered us an upgrade to a similar room with a more recent renovation for an additional 20 rubles. They said our original room would be ready in 20 minutes, but it was clear that wasn't realistic and it would take significantly longer, and we were in a hurry to check in and leave for appointments. So, we paid extra and checked in. I've attached a photo of the uncleaned room, as they initially even gave us the key and we went there to see the mess. 2. The second problem was with the shower: the water doesn't drain. This happened first in one room; we reported it to the reception, and they moved us, but the exact same situation occurred in the new room. I've attached a photo after a quick shower; what if my wife had decided to wash her hair?)) Otherwise, everything else was good. I'd especially highlight the breakfasts – simply superb!

Since Belarus offers visa-free entry, I decided to visit Minsk on my way to Russia. One day is enough to see all the main sights. The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast spread is generous. They didn't even ask to see my room key, so if you're looking for a deal, you might try just walking in. The facilities are a bit old, but it's perfectly fine for a good night's sleep.

The room is clean, and the hotel is generally quiet and quite cozy. It reminds me a bit of an old Soviet-era sanatorium, but the location is good. There's an elevator and a casino on-site.

The front desk staff were all lovely and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is quite grand, and the air conditioning was good. The location is decent, though the room was a bit small. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd definitely come back, haha!

Overall, a good hotel, especially for its super convenient location. However, the bedding had stains, there was a stranger's hair in the shower, and the toilet brush was very dirty.

Great location, it's a pleasant 10-12 minute walk to the Upper Town. There's a shopping mall, a Kommunarka brand store, cafes, and a cinema nearby. The hotel itself is perfectly adequate for a 3-star property. The room is clean, but for some reason, there's no fridge or kettle, even though there's a cup and saucer on the table. The fridge is in the hallway, which feels a bit like being in a hospital. I would definitely stay here again. (The photo shows the view from the window.)

Check-in was very quick and attentive. The location is excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a retro style, like a trip back to the USSR.
