Minsk Marriott Hotel

Excellent hotel with spacious and clean rooms! Gorgeous river view from the window. It's about a 15-minute drive to the city center.

Great place. I especially loved the breakfasts, the variety of dishes was impressive. The infrastructure both around and inside the hotel also left a positive impression.

The hotel is good, breakfasts are tasty with fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables. However, I wasn't impressed with the room service. If you order something to your room, you wait over half an hour, even for a simple cocktail. Room cleaning also varies depending on the shift; one shift cleans well, while another overlooks details. A glass from a cocktail sat there for about three days, and no one bothered to remove it in time. Also, cleaning times were inconsistent, sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the evening! These minor issues definitely didn't spoil my overall impression, but there are things that could be improved! I will definitely return! Marriott, pay attention to the details!

An excellent hotel that makes you want to return! ❤️ We stayed at the Marriott during our trip to Minsk and were very satisfied. The room was cozy, beautiful, freshly renovated, and everything was clean and pleasant. I especially want to commend the staff – everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We really enjoyed the breakfasts 🥐 The selection might not be the largest, but it had everything we love, and everything was truly delicious. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, with very pleasant surroundings – overall, the atmosphere is calm and cozy. As for minor drawbacks – we would like to see improvements in the spa area and gym. For a hotel of this caliber, we feel they are a bit underwhelming. But overall, our impressions are overwhelmingly positive. If we are in Minsk again, we will definitely stay here! 🫶🏻

This is by far the weakest Marriott we've ever stayed at worldwide! It's really more of a 3-star hotel, with a ridiculous spa (more like a wading pool) and a gym that's just for show! No sparkling wine at breakfast! 🤬🔪 And no eggs either, by the way... 😁 The lobby was full of security and police lounging on sofas, so we had to sit outside... Don't even get me started on the cleaning; it only happened after we specifically asked for it. We had an early checkout and had to fight to get breakfast delivered to our room. With this level of service and quality, the hotel's price should be cut by a third!

I'm absolutely thrilled with this hotel! As strange as it may sound, this hotel alone is a good enough reason to return to Minsk! There are so many advantages to this hotel: amazing breakfasts, a beautiful and well-maintained property, its proximity to the park, river views, fresh and clean rooms, the staff's customer-centric approach, and the presence of a gym and spa (though, in my opinion, the gym and spa are a bit weak for a five-star hotel, but the other positives outweigh this small drawback). The park area next to the hotel deserves special admiration. For those who love walking, cycling, or paddleboarding, it's an absolute gem! Strolling around after breakfast is truly delightful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The room isn't very spacious. The bathroom door lacks soft-close hinges, making it a bit inconvenient to use. What surprised me is that if you book the most basic room, there's no comb provided. You have to request one from the front desk if you need it.

Stunning views of the river and embankment, with rowers gracefully gliding by in the mornings – very calming. The rooms are spacious and cozy, fully equipped, and impeccably clean. My only concern was the large number of spiders and cobwebs on the balcony. Also, if a noisy guest checks into the adjacent room, you can hear everything they say on their balcony (it's as if they're in your own room). The pool is quite small; for this price, I'd expect a proper, large spa complex.

The service is excellent, the food is top-notch, but the location isn't very convenient for excursions as the hotel isn't in the city center.
