This hotel does not specify a policy for children in the moment of the booking. When we tried to check in the receptionist asked for a child's birth certificate. According to the staffs words checking in with a kid is impossible without a birth certificate. No refunds will be made if the booking is canceled. By the way, no one even was concerned about me as about the guest until I didn't find a copy of the birth certificate. Even in the room for 2 ppl only 1 person can log in hotels wifi system. The breakfast was ok. The view was nice.

Amazing location, next to river, shopping and aside from spa/pool. Lots of amenities. Staff knows english, and helpful. Clean, modern style decorative with art deco inspired. Bit overpriced due to lack of strong alternatives.

The hotel is nice, there is a shopping mall next to it, so you have many options and advantages in situations such as eating, traveling and having fun. The hotel staff is friendly and they give cookies at the entrance 😘🫶

The hotel is in the very center, near the metro, tourist places are all within walking distance. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy everything you need. The hotel is clean, everything you need is present, a lot of things in the shower, a capsule coffee maker. We had a room with a view of the river on the 16th floor. Breakfasts are super, an orange juice machine, and of course potato pancakes with wonderful lightly salted salmon. In general, I liked everything, the only downside for me is the lack of a pool.

I came here on a business trip and chose this hotel with a very good location. It is very cost-effective, the room is comfortable and fully equipped. I was very happy with the breakfast. I will choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

We had a bad stay. The hotel treats its customers like thieves. The minibar was locked upon first arrival. When we said we would use it, they asked for a 50 USD deposit. We didn't care and paid the deposit. When we returned to our room after dinner at night, the minibar was filled but still hot even though 10 hours had passed. 👎👎👎. We couldn't use the minibar because it was hot and we gave up on it. This time we wanted to drink coffee, but there was no spoon for coffee in the room. 👎👎👎 The coffee cup did not have a bottom plate.👎👎👎 We had to ask for a spoon from room service at 01:00 at night. The sink in the room was clogged.👎👎 An alarm clock was placed in the room and set for 7:20. A very nice surprise happened at 03:00 at night, 4 hours after I went to bed. 👎👎👎 We couldn't sleep well and we left the hotel tired. We handed over the 2 spoons we requested from the night room service to the receptionist with a ceremony in the presence of the reception security camera. 🤮🤮🤮 This kind of suspicious hotel management cannot be done. It was irritating and when we left the hotel, which was managed in such a suspicious way, we had to take photos of the items in the room and the minibar. Customers who are going to go should think again.

Nice hotel with direct access to the Shopping Center. There are a large number of cafes, banks and other infrastructure nearby. The hotel itself has a good restaurant on the 7th floor (breakfast is served there). In the evening you can dine à la carte. There is also a bar on the 21st floor. But we weren't there. The room has everything you need. We had a view of the river with a gorgeous panorama.
