It was okay, the only big issue is that they tried to scam me during check in. I landed late after a long flight and the guy at the reception tried to make me pay for the room although I had already paid. I asked him to double checked if it was paid for and he said no. When I showed him the reservation confirmation and he saw it was paid he pretended he made a mistake and gave me the card to my room.

The hotel is clean. The neighborhood is okay. The breakfast is very good. The bed is comfortable. Sheets don't feel like 100% cotton. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

This is a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere is good. The breakfast is delicious. And variety.

I always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!

The location of this hotel is excellent, in the Miraflores district, one of the safest in Lima. There's a Tony Roma's restaurant nearby that also serves Peruvian food. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is acceptable.

The hotel is generally very good; the rooms, cleanliness, and breakfasts were excellent for the price. We only had one issue regarding our request for a twin room. When we arrived, they assigned us a room with a double bed, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. However, they resolved it the following day.

Good hotel. A bit far from the main street, about 20 minutes walk along the embankment. Excellent breakfasts. The staff is responsive. A bit noisy because of the road nearby.

Highly recommended, the service is super good. I packed my meal and wanted to borrow the microwave. The front desk helped me heat it up and put it on a plate and sent it to the room. The breakfast is the best among the dozen hotels I stayed in Peru. There are hot dishes, which are especially suitable for a Chinese stomach like me. There is a heater in the room.

Breakfast is simple. Luggage up and down the stairs. The window can be opened very wide, which is unexpected.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The service is also very good. There are two bottles of free drinking water every day. In short, everything is great - except for the WIFI. The signal is too poor. My computer, mobile phone, and iPad are always disconnected inexplicably, and the meeting is forced to be interrupted. This is something I have not encountered in other hotels.
