Everything's great if you're not planning to be at the hotel during the day. There's construction happening, with noise from morning until 6 PM. Otherwise, everything is super! Excellent location and responsive staff. The renovations seem like they'll be going on for a while, as there's a building being constructed next door. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine!

Such friendly staff especially the owner! He made me an early breakfast because I had to catch the bus. Facility is well cleaned and neat. Def recommend to those visiting Lima 👍

It’s very nice to have the warm host here to answer any questions you may have. She is very sweet. The inn Location are convenient to the beach and some facilities.

The hotel was in a great location near Parque Kennedy. The room was exceptionally clean. A fridge and kettle provided, and the prices of the drinks in the mini bar extremely reasonable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was fine, with a limited selection, the omelette however was probably the best I'd had whilst in Peru. The owners were friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants.

Lima's Miraflores district. Close to Kennedy Park. Clean, and Janet at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, but we couldn't eat due to our schedule. The rooms were spacious and clean. A great value hotel.
