Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Mira Flores. Rooms are clean well laid out and nicely appointed, complementary robe and slippers are a nice touch. Housekeeping staff are efficient, friendly, and professional. Complementary yoga and Pisco history classes were unexpected complementary amenities. The front office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and the restaurant staff are terrific, especially during the complementary breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern, very friendly service and has nice breakfast. Also have nice Japanese restaurant at level 17 with great view. Totally satisfied.

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was fine but definitely not a 5 star hotel We arrived early from a flight and were told our room was ready but that we would need to pay nearly a full nights cost to access it early. Essentially they would rather leave it empty for a few hours than give it to their paying guest. I have never even had this happen at 2 star hotels. Given the room was not cheap I was pretty shocked at such a cheap and tacky hotel rule. Our keys also stopped working one day and we had to come back down and wait at reception to have them re turned on, no apology for the inconvenience, i think it probably happens quite often

A good experience for the stay in Lima. Location is convenient.
