Mercure Miri City Centre

Value for money. Right in the city center and within walking distance to time square. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. No chair at all in the room and the only place to sit is on the bed or floor. Complimentary gelato is ok, so don expect too much.

The hotel smells very good as you go in, rooms are clean and they continously check if everything is OK.

All good just there is no chair in my twin bed room. There are 2 happening bars opposite hotel.

I stayed at Mercure Miri City Centre for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good choice for a short visit to Miri.

Check in process is fast and smooth. One free gelato is given to every guest. We have requested for connecting room and our request is fulfilled. Swimming pool is rather small, especially the children’s pool. Only one free entry is given for one room, even though we stayed for two nights. Will be charged at rm10 per entry which can be quite expensive for multiple entries. It took some time for us to collect our car, about 10-15 minutes at least.

I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
