非常滿意的一次入住體驗！房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得非常細緻，床鋪軟硬適中，一夜好眠。酒店位置優越，附近有很多美食和商店，無論出行或工作都很方便。服務人員都非常友好、專業，讓人感受到貼心與熱情。整體環境舒適安靜，非常值得推薦，下次來還會繼續入住。

Both left and right are surrounded by either pub or karaoke lounge. Not recommended if need a peaceful stay & good night sleep. However, it has good basement car parks to ensure safety parking. Hopefully the hotel will do better sound proof to all windows especially all superior rooms.

Stayed at Imperial Palace Hotel Miri. The location is convenient and staff were polite, but the room had a strong smell and the carpet was quite musty. Overall stay was just average — could be better if the rooms were fresher and better maintained. Alot of restaurant nearby and few bars. Night can be very loud if you light 😴

It is so easy to book this hotel through ***********. I checked in to this facility for one night stay. No deposit required, easy check out too. Apart from the basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron with iron board is provided too. We get 2 single beds which view is facing the hallway but it was nice though because we can see the light. Not too far from airport which cost us only Rm11. Did not get to try their breakfast otherwise quite satisfied with my stay and their service
