Palace Inn

Budget hotel got it last minute. Room is big and have parking but very narrow parking. Good security. But, no lift to rooms.

Every time go to Miri stay in same hotel because Easy walk to Bintang Mall

This hotel/restaurant is very comfortable and suitable for business use. Parking is convenient and the prices are reasonable.

The room is just okay, got all basic stuff, but don't expect like hotel. For this price is just okay. The floor use normal wood flooring that it will poke out a little. So need to be careful when walking. This hotel no lift so you need to carry luggage by yourself.

It's a smoking hotel and Aircon not that good.. there's no elevator

Absolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

There’s no lift. Location and staff is ok
