This hotel was a little out of the way, but with the free shuttle to the airport, it was easy to get downtown using the UP train. The restaurant on the premises is pretty good and has good drinks. This hotel is quiet and not the most expensive which was exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a cheaper hotel next to the airport this one is perfect!

空港到着が23時、長旅で疲れていたのですぐに空港送迎サービスへ連絡しましたが、待っても迎えがこず、結局1時間半待っても来ませんでした。親切なカナディアンと他のホテル送迎のドライバーが見兼ねて私をこのホテルまで連れて行ってくれたので、助かりましたが、それがなかったら今頃どうなっていたかわかりません。異国であり多少待つかと思いましたが、これほどの最低なサービスを受けるとは思いませんでした。サービスでもないですね。二度と宿泊しないと思います。1つが悪いと他にいいことがあっても全部無しになるというのはまさにこのこと。まぁ他にいいことと言ったらモーニングコーヒーが受付にあるくらいでした。

Restaurant is mediocre, simple and flavorless. Beds had black hair in them. Moved to another room as there was no service staff on and same thing, black hair in the bed.

Clean rooms, BUT overall the hotel is pretty shabby and windows do not open. Did not at all feel like good value for money.

Our check-in was quick and easy. Staff were courteous and friendly. The room was very clean well equipped and quiet. great stay overall.
