Spark by Hilton Toronto Mississauga

Hotel's location is good. Coffee and milk was available all the time. Free breakfast. Enjoyed a bowl of cereal with frozen fruit. Fried potatoes were dry. Bagel, eggs, muffins were ok. We stayed on the 1st floor because we have big luggages. Washroom was clean. Overall was good.

Staffs are friendly, room is big & clean. But the water is a bit weak, also the air con is quite noisy.

The Hilton Team Members were the highlight, however not for me as I value quality of sleep.

Air conditioning is really bad. From the air-con, there are a lot of noises. Couldn't sleep due to the noise. The room floor is really wet. The bathtub is also very slippery.

Bath tub is not cleaned well. There is hair sticking to the wall. The shower gel is empty. The frig is noisy at night so I had to uplug it to stop the noises. You need earplugs to block the noises caused by the planes frequently flying by overhead. Breakfast is really simple so don't expect too much. But the employees are very warm and friendly.

Thankful for a perfect locations and excellent staff .

Good value for money and location. Helpful staff.

Amira at the front desk at reception was AWESOME! So eager to help us and make us feel comfortable. Such a great way to end our long day. We will be back to this Spark, it was exceptional.
