Room was so clean floor and bathroom was clean Staff was very helpful at night opposite room was really noisy they were talking on phone in the balcony and were audible from room it was sleeping time and they were drunk it was 12-3am continous loud sounds informed front desk via call and issue was resolved there was nothing wrong with the hotel just it was weekend and people are sometimes difficult

I didn’t get chance to take photo Toilet tab is broken water was dropping What they have place on mattress I thought that would heating matt on bed it was not I’ve to adjust it again and again

Great front desk staff and the room was excellent. Only issue on this visit was the temporary renovations to the main entrance area which was right outside my 2nd floor window.

Great place with nice and tidy rooms, there is parking all around the building.

The location is somewhat removed, but it is accessible to the highway and there are bus stops nearby. The facility itself more than met my expectations. There was a pipe that burst in the lobby during my stay, but it didn’t affect my impression of the hotel or its facilities. We were all notified in advance of the disruption to the water. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

It was a great stay. We did not include breakfast with our stay; we thought the room would have a microwave. The front desk staff are very helpful they advised if a microwave is in stock we will get one and we did! As with everything it is the little things that count. Very helpful pleasant staff.
