NU Hotel Toronto Airport

My stay was great for one night to be close to the airport for my morning flight. I arrived early and was able to check-in. The room was good with working applicanes and amenities. Found hair strand on the bed but that seems to be normal in hotels. They have an airport shuttle that came on time and dropped off right in front of departure door. My experience was good overall and would stay again.

You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door. The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file. I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.

The rooms are clean but there is still some kind of smell from the whole building.

After I got my luggage and got out of the airport exit door at the hotel pickup spot, I called the hotel a few times using the hotel number listed. But it did not work, and the recording says “the service voicemail is not set up “. I then tried the internet call twice and failed to get any response. I eventually had to get an Uber ride to the hotel. The front desk staff apologized and admitted their phone didn’t work. It didn’t work to the hotel room either. I chose their hotel mainly because they provide free airport pickup and drop off besides reasonable room rates. I will not use this hotel any more in the future when I transfer my flight in Toronto.

Good price for traveling and transit over night. There is shuttle bus.

I stopped by for a 1 night transit through Toronto. The hotel is close to the airport, and you can take an uber or the shuttle which will drop you nearby. Room was clean, and the good night's sleep helped with my onward journey. Great value for money!
