The breakfast was simple, but compared with other airport hotels in Toronto, it offered a reasonable selection and the quality was quite good. However, the airport shuttle service was one of the worst parts of my stay. After contacting the hotel, I had to wait about 1 hour and 20 minutes at the airport before the shuttle arrived. I can't comment on the other rooms, but the room I stayed in was quite dated. Almost all of the furniture and the carpet showed significant wear and tear. There was also a large crack in the bathroom sink. As for the swimming pool... well, I hope future guests won't be misled by the promotional photos used by the hotel. In my opinion, the pool is only comfortable for a maximum of two people at a time. I've attached photos for reference. The staff were okay, but communication was sometimes difficult.

Great location. Free shuttle if you call ahead. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and gym. Front desk staffs are all great.

The service was appalling, particularly from Krish, the Indian manager at the restaurant. He insisted that our breakfast booking only covered cold options, and we'd have to pay an extra 10 CAD per person for hot food. We found this completely unreasonable, but he wouldn't budge. After we'd finished eating, he came over to apologize, claiming it was his first day and he'd made a mistake, and that the hotel doesn't actually differentiate between cold and hot breakfast in that way. We then complained to the front desk. About twenty minutes later, they called to offer room service for breakfast, but by then we had already eaten and weren't hungry anymore, so we declined. It's truly disappointing that a Sheraton hotel could be managed so poorly.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport is infrequent compared to other "airport" hotels. You need to book the shuttle bus service 2 hours in advance for trips back to the airport.

The shuttle instructions were quite clear, and the breakfast was decent. They have a laundry room and a coffee maker, which is pretty convenient, especially for a layover. However, if you're planning to stay for a few days, I'd recommend staying downtown because the shuttle only covers two transfers, and any additional rides cost 10 CAD each.

We stayed one night on tiring day after long stay at the airport. It looks located in nowhere, but actually everything works well. Hotel has free airport shuttle bus and There were small convenience store, Tim Horton just beside the hotel. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, price was reasonable.
