Good clean hotel very nice staff up graded room very nice. . Dining room and bar staff did not have time for customer. Not friendly not a good meal no atmosphere.

Very clean and new. Rooms are nice and work-friendly. Convenient restaurant on site. Staff is super attentive - special mention to Fedy.

The hotel is very close to the airport with complimentary free shuttle. The interior is well design, clean & comfortable. It comes with free breakfast in the morning. Definitely, it's a good choice to stay in if you are flying out of Toronto.

Easy accessible to airport or to downtown by using UP airport link. The breakfast is quite good and decent variation and fresh fruits. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Indoor pool and gym are available and open all day long

We enjoy the hotel and restaurant. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The people working there make you feel comfortable and provide the best service I have ever seen. I would like to give special mention to Edward who works at the dining room. This is our favorite place to eat. The food is excellent as well as the service.We have made this hotel our stop place when we need to visit the city.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The bed is soft, and I sank into it. I loved that they have a mini kitchen area with a microwave and coffee maker. The shuttle service was available for airport drop-off, I even requested a wake-up call and received it on time!However, I couldn't get the air-conditioning unit to adjust to warm, and it was very noisy The email address and the payment options on the site are incorrect and misleading. I recommend them updating the info (email address and the type of cards they accept).
