Reception and restaurant staff were excellent. My room was very clean with everything you need for an overnight stay. Even got a warm chocolate cookie when checking in.

The service at the front desk was very bad. They were not very clear about the issues in the hotel, such as the water shortage and also they were not very friendly to talk to.

They offered a complimentary airport shuttle. Great location, the hotel is clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again when in Toronto.

I stayed at Doubletree/Hilton Hotel in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada on August 16-17,2024. The Hotel charged me Can$100 from my Master Charge Card as security deposit and never refund the fund. It has been more than two months now

I kept going to the wrong DoubleTree because there are two, both named airport hotel. Other than that the room was good, staff friendly and restaurant nice.

Clean, spacious, and rather quiet room. Towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body soap. Equipped with TV, fridge, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, and safe. Ample power sockets and good air-con / heater. Good facilities with pool and gym, and business centre (desktops at the lobby). Parking is available at a fee.
