The location is close to Mito Station, which is convenient. The staff were also polite and helpful. There is a variety of affordable and delicious local restaurants right next to the hotel (can be found on google maps). Some rooms also face the nearby river, which provides a refreshing view in the morning. The laundry room is coin-operated and eashing powder is bought at the front desk, so make sure you have enough 100 yen coins.

While my first night was great, the second was the complete opposite. Guests in the surrounding rooms were constantly coming and going, shouting, and banging on the furniture and walls. The noise kept me awake until midnight. On top of that, I wasn't able to connect my iPhone to the hotel Wi-Fi at all during my stay.

Traveling during the off-season, the price was just right.

For a typical business hotel, you can't expect too much, but the stay was still very good. The staff were very welcoming; they even took us to the parking lot and helped us with our luggage. Every single staff member was excellent!

The staff are friendly and the location is great for the price. I plan to visit again next time I go to Mito. The lobby was wider than I expected and the room was clean.
