miyazaki mango hotel

The room was clean and the location was good. But it was really troublesome to make a reservation through trip.com. This hotel is completely self-check-in and there is no one at the front desk. Only a tablet! That's fine, but I couldn't check in with the reservation number or other numbers sent by trip.com! A staff member came out of the back room to help me, and said that the check-in number was sent to me by email. But there was no such thing from trip.com! To top it off, they said it was not possible because I had a bad relationship with trip.com! I will never stay at such a hotel again!

I was a little confused because I wasn't used to the system. The thick slippers were very good. It's great that the curtains in the room are blackout, but there was only one curtain and no lace curtains, so I couldn't open it because I was worried about people looking in from the building opposite. I won't stay here again unless they add at least lace curtains or something.

The TV can't connect to the internet. I tried but couldn't, so I called a member of staff and had them try again, but still couldn't. I asked them to bring me the manual, and they came back a while later and said that it seemed like this TV couldn't connect to the internet. I checked the manual (online instructions) but there was no mention of anything like that. I thought it would be a waste of time to go any further and sent them home. Not only did they have no knowledge of the facilities in their hotel, they didn't seem interested either. All the staff were at a part-time level,

There is a kitchen, but no utensils, so if you bring food, you will need cooking utensils, bowls, plates, chopsticks, etc. There are no slippers for adults There was trash left in the bathroom by the previous guest There is recycled aluminum foil and trays, but I don't want to use them The good thing is that the mango juice was very delicious I think the mango ice cream is a great service in the summer

The room was spacious and well equipped, so I was satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, with local and homemade items. The lobby smelled like mango, just as the name suggests, and the welcome drink was a delight. It would have been better if there was a parking lot.

バイクのツーリングで使用しました。 ホテルから案内された駐車場は大型バイクが止めれなかったのでスタッフに相談した所柔軟に対応して頂き助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

駅からは少し離れていますが、価格が手頃で、近くにとても美味しい居酒屋もあり、とても満足しました。部屋もきれいで広くて、快適でした。次に行くときも利用したいです。

朝食付きの宿泊にて支払い済みにも関わらず、ビュッフェ会場は施錠されていて、食事をとることが出来ませんでした。 7時から9時の開催案内で7時50分に会場に向かっています。フロントで確認したところ既に予約済みの食事が全て終了したため食事は取れないとの説明でした。

部屋が広くソファーも有りゆっくり出来ました。又毎日じゃなくたまにマンゴージュースがフロントにある時は飲んでほしい。最高に上手い
