Great hotel with very good service, all staffs are very nice. The tatami room, restaurant and even common area with great traditional Japanese decorations are all very clean. We love the room with bridge and river view which is so beautiful during sunny weather. Highly recommended.

The staff are very nice and services is super good !! I arrived in the evening in cold weather , staff immediately give me Wellcome hot tea and snacks which is so warm and caring!! Location is great and very closed to boat place ! My room can see the bridge very clearly ! 😀

Dinner and breakfast were very rich. The hotel's service attitude from check-in to checkout was very good. Umbrellas are also provided on rainy days. It's a very Japanese-style hotel. Big push

I originally booked a room (with a balcony) but received a notice the day before departure, saying that due to communication problems, I could not arrange this type of room and could only arrange a room without a balcony. However, something unexpected happened and compensation was provided, so I had no choice but to accept! Fortunately, the room needs to be older, but it is still tidy and has the same view. It happens to face the swing bridge, so I just sit indoors and watch. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious, and the staff is polite. The only thing is that the hot spring is relatively small and there are too few shower places, so it is easily full. But I still think it’s worth recommending👍

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the swing bridge and has beautiful scenery. The sightseeing boat dock is only a minute's walk away, which is very convenient. Booked a one-night stay and two meals, dinner and breakfast were exquisite and delicious. The only dissatisfaction is the room arrangement. I booked a Japanese-style deluxe sea view room on Trip.com, but the hotel arranged a standard room. After spending more than an hour negotiating, I also printed out the Japanese reservation confirmation form for the hotel to check, but still no corrections were made. I contacted Trip.com, but could not find out which party had the problem. Although there was compensation in the end, a lot of time was wasted and the mood of the trip was greatly ruined!

The hotel has a convenient location, beautiful scenery, clean and hygienic rooms, and courteous staff who help bring luggage to the room. They understand a little English. The food is exquisite and rich, and the experience is great.

There are no disadvantages except that the room is a little small. The service is excellent. The hot spring is very comfortable without anyone. It is good to stay in this tatami occasionally. Although the ingredients for breakfast and dinner are not so high-end, they are made with great care.

Japanese-style hot spring hotel, environmental services are great. There are also real hot spring baths. The hot springs here are very comfortable for the skin after soaking, which is different from other places in Japan. There is nothing to say about the environment of the restaurant, but the food is a bit inferior at this price. There are no high-end ingredients in the n dishes of kaiseki, only pork and chicken, a few pieces of miscellaneous fish that are not very tasty, and a sweet shrimp. This is rather disappointing, it is the least advanced kaiseki I have eaten so far. It is quite strange that Europeans and Americans are always sitting in the window seat of the restaurant.

Hundred-year-old building with unbeatable scenery. Dinner is delicious. It is recommended to book one night and two meals. The service is also very good. Check in and get a free wisdom cookie. It is very delicious.
